This is a list of the currently available [[SOCR]] development projects. Any student, researcher or outside group that has interest in collaborating or contributing to the SOCR development efforts is welcome and encouraged to [[SOCR_ProposalSubmissionGuidelines | submit a proposal]] for working on a SOCR development project. Research Methods and Data Analytics Projects
- Data mining: SOCR conducts a number of “Big Data Analytics” projects. Some involve high-throughput imaging, genetics, proteomics data processing, analysis and visualization using the Pipeline environment. Others involve multi-source cancer data where we develop methods for data fusion, mungling, error detection/correction, and identification of associations (mining).
